Synopsis of the Corporate Training
Series
Through leader led discussion and hands-on
experiential learning exercises, participant's focus on building relationships
within a team. Change management is discussed. Honest dialogue between
employees is fostered. Bringing humanity to work is a major focus. Introduce,
define and discuss departments' core values/code of ethics/mission statement
and review basic customer service definitions.
Will empower each employee by documenting their personal
and professional goals for the year, and what steps they must do to achieve
them. Customer service issues, effective communication skills (both written
and spoken word), listening skills and conflict resolution are addressed.
Each participant learns their communication style, and understands how
it affects others. Email and voicemail etiquette are discussed.
All workshops are customized according to the needs of
the business/organization.
